Once it’s ready, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey. If you need to make a change (like an address correction), reach out as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to help if the order hasn’t shipped yet.

All orders include tracking so you can keep an eye on your package. Please understand that during busy periods (holidays, customs delays), shipping may take a little longer — but we’re always here if you need updates.

Return Policy

At Yoneedme, we truly want you to feel happy and confident with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Exchange Process

Please note that we currently do not offer direct exchanges, but you’re welcome to place a new order after your return is processed. This ensures we can continue to maintain handmade inventory with care and fairness.
